Lena Lowis (1845 – 1919) was an India-born English naturalist, illustrator and writer.  In 1878, she published the book Familiar Indian Flowers which included 30 ‘colour plates’ featuring her paintings of flowers of the Indian subcontinent. We’ve chosen a variety of these pictures to offer as canvas prints mounted on a pinewood frame.
